Coming to Terms

Pressed metaphors and other signposts
at the intersection of positive and negative theology

Welcome!

Coming to Terms is a collection of words—and the occasional image—curated by Peter L. Edman.

Most of the words here are drawn from my reading and surfing, but I write occasionally. If you’re interested in the connecting threads, start by looking at posts tagged “key.”

I am a researcher and editor with design skills. My interests include literature, theology, philosophy, design, music, technology, and any combination thereof except literary theory. I speak several professional and cultural dialects fluently. I’m currently working with the She’s My Sister initiative at American Bible Society.

I am an Anglican Christian and have great fondness for writers from that tradition. I also enjoy many other writers from Russell Kirk to Camille Paglia (after I have finished my morning comics).

I am married (happily) and live in northern Virginia with my family. We progress asymptotically.

Follow me on Twitter. I also have a LinkedIn profile.
